Workshop: conditioning and training your body

Calling all classical and contemporary dancers with basic training. Learn from the master during this four-week summer workshop by dancer Vaishali Trivedi’s Sangati Center for Performing Arts. Led by artist Kalaripayattu D Padmakumar “Pappan”, the intensive workshop will focus on body coordination, improvisation, endurance and strength.

This is for all the nature lovers out there! Continuing its dialogue with nature, the Living With Nature program under GAME – Green Advocate for Movement for Environment, is back with its second session. Celebrate an artistic life

Visit ‘Aabhaas’, an exhibition featuring works by the late Bharatbhai Patani. The artist’s work focused on nature and living beings, in his brushwork and graphic prints. Patani left a huge void in the art world when he passed away last year, and this exhibition is an effort to rediscover to the public and art lovers his works and his style as an artist. It is a tribute to the artist from his family and friends.

There is something so magical about watercolors, whether in our school sketchbooks or on artists’ canvases! Head to ‘Four Palette’, an exhibition featuring the works of four artists – Ashish Kataria and Sangita Gaga from Ahmedabad, and Divyesh Bagdawala and Natu Tandel from Surat. The exhibition is a fusion of their genres and styles – from animals, birds and nature to city life and heritage.
